Terms of Use

By accessing and using Crypora ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Crypora Analytics Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. The Platform is not intended for use in jurisdictions where crypto analytics services are prohibited.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly at support@growwithyouu.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect credentials or devices.

Crypora is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, wallet provider, bank, or money transmitter.

We do not hold your fiat or digital assets, do not take custody of cryptocurrency on your behalf, and do not operate omnibus wallets for users. Subscription and billing payments are processed by third-party payment processors; those flows do not constitute trading or custody of your crypto assets by us.

The Platform provides informational tools, market intelligence, analytics, signals, and optional user-directed automation features that may interact with third-party exchanges only when you connect your own account and grant API permissions you control. Features may be limited, modified, or unavailable based on your jurisdiction, verification status, risk controls, or compliance checks.

Any automated execution occurs only through API credentials and permissions you provide to your exchange, subject to your settings and the exchange's rules. You may enable or disable automation at any time, subject to product controls.

You may use the Platform only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Platform's source code.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data without our written consent.
• Circumvent any security, authentication, or access controls.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use or redistribute AI-generated signals as financial advice or for commercial redistribution.
• Interfere with the Platform's operation, infrastructure, or other users.

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We may offer limited-time trial access to premium features. Trials are provided on a one-time basis per user. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offerings at any time. Upon trial expiry, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription.

THE PLATFORM DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE UNLESS WE ARE SEPARATELY LICENSED AND ENGAGED TO DO SO IN WRITING — WHICH THIS PRODUCT IS NOT.

All content, including AI-generated outputs, signals, analytics, and educational material, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any asset. No fiduciary, advisory, or discretionary portfolio management relationship is created. You remain solely responsible for evaluating suitability, strategy, taxes, and compliance in your jurisdiction. Seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

All trading and investment decisions you make — including any trades initiated via optional automation — are at your sole risk. We do not guarantee profits, performance, accuracy of signals, or uninterrupted operation. Past or simulated performance is not indicative of future results. See our Risk Disclosure.

If you connect exchange APIs, you instruct us to access your exchange account only within the permissions you configure at the exchange. You are responsible for key security, permission scope, whitelisting, rate limits, exchange outages, and any losses arising from misconfiguration, revocation, or third-party errors. Never grant withdrawal permissions unless you have independently verified that such scope is required and appropriate.

The Platform and all of its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, AI models, and data compilations — are the exclusive property of Crypora Analytics Platform and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Platform may integrate with or display data provided by third-party exchanges, data providers, and services. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data. Third-party integrations may fail, experience delays, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION, SIGNAL, OR ANALYSIS PRESENTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRYPORA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CAPITAL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crypora Analytics Platform and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other lawful reason. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform immediately ceases. You may request account deletion by contacting us, subject to our data retention obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at legal@growwithyouu.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law stated above.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, via email or a prominent platform notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
